Amazon Business: Connect your Business Account and Export Invoices directly

With the Outbank Business Subscription, you can connect to your Amazon Business account and export invoices directly from the app as a PDF – no need to log in to Amazon separately.

Getting started

To link your Amazon Business account, simply use the same login details you use on the Amazon Business website:

  • Email address or mobile number

  • Password

Once successfully connected, your Amazon Business account will appear in your account overview – showing all your orders. Transactions with available invoices are marked with a small invoice icon.

Export Amazon invoices as PDF

To simplify your bookkeeping at the end of the month, you can export your Amazon Business invoices directly from Outbank – no more manual searching or separate Amazon login required.

Invoices are saved directly to your device at your choosen location. Outbank does not store the files.

Important: If you haven’t already, activate the ‘1-Creditor Model’ (invoicing by Amazon) in your Amazon Business account. This ensures that each order comes with a proper invoice including VAT.

  3. The Share-Sheet (iOS / Android) respectively the folder with the invoices (macOS) opens automatically.

Exporting multiple invoices

  1. Open your Amazon Business account in Outbank.

  2. Use the filter in the top right corner of the transaction list to set a date range or filter by invoice status (All, already exported, not yet exported),
or tap ‘Edit’ on iOS/Android and manually select the transactions.
If you don’t select transactions manually while in edit mode, all shown transactions will be included in your export.

  3. Tap or click the Export button and choose "Export Invoices."

  4. The Share-Sheet (iOS / Android) respectively the folder with the invoices (macOS) opens automatically.

Please note the current Amazon Business API limitations:

  • Only incoming invoices issued by Amazon are offered via the Amazon Business API. Credits and invoices from third-party sellers are currently not available.

  • Invoices can be retrieved for up to 3 years from the date of integration.

  • Depending on the volume of data, exports may take up to several minutes to complete.
