Chase: Why can't I add my Savings Account to the Outbank-App?

Due to technical restrictions on the bank's side, an integration is unfortunately not possible at the moment: Chase limits account access to a single device. If we were to integrate Chase into Outbank, you would be logged out of the Chase app every time you refresh your account via Outbank — and vice versa, you would be logged out of Outbank whenever using the Chase app.

As such, an integration would complicate rather than simplify managing your accounts, which doesn't align with our goal for the app.

It would be very helpful if you could submit a feature request directly to Chase for either a web interface or an open API without PSD2 restrictions that could also be used by apps like Outbank. Experience shows that banks prioritise such topics when multiple customers provide similar feedback.
