Due to a communication error with comdirect, some transfers may currently appear as successfully sent in the Outbank app but are not actually executed. Please check all transfers made since October 9, 2025 (introduction of ‘VoP’) in your online banking and, if necessary, resend them from there.
You can also review your sent transactions directly in the Payment History of the Outbank app:
on iOS: ‘+NEW’ > ‘Send Money’ > ‘Select Account’ > ‘Payment History’
on Android: ‘+’ > ‘Send Money’ > ‘Select Account’ > ‘Payment History’
on macOS: ‘Options’ > ‘Send Money’ > ‘Select Account’ > ‘Payment History’
Transfers where the bank response includes the message „Freigabe ohne Empfängernamen-Abgleich (3945)”were most likely not executed and should be submitted again directly via the bank’s online banking portal.
The issue will be fixed promptly via an app update. In version 3.21.4 , transfers will once again be processed normally via the Outbank app.
