Setting up your Consorsbank Account
To add your Consorsbank account to Outbank, you will need the same login credentials for the HBCI/FinTS system:
Account Number
3-digit Authorization Number (‘001’, if only one user is authorized)
Banking-PIN
Two-Factor Authentication
For completing the two-step verification, you need the new Consorsbank App.
Payments
Through the HBCI/FinTS interface, Consorsbank currently support SEPA Transfers.
Scheduled payments, standing orders and instant payments are not yet available.
Known Limitations
At the moment, expected transactions are not transmitted via HBCI/FinTS and therefore cannot be displayed in the Outbank app.
Known Error Messages
“TAN invalid”
The SecurePlus App was discontinued by the bank at the end of April 2026: https://www.consorsbank.de/web/Service-Beratung/Mobile-App/Aktivieren-ohne-App
TANs generated via the SecurePlus App are no longer accepted by the bank.
Please generate your TANs via the Consorsbank App instead:
‘Open Consorsbank App' > ‘Login’ > 'Profile' > 'TAN'
