Degussa Bank error: Account not found

The Degussa Bank made changes for the current accounts:
Until recently the Degussa Bank submitted the current accounts with 'Girodigital' (Kontotyp 2),  now there are submitted with 'GiroDigital Plus'.

These changes lead to the fact, that the 'old' accounts are no longer found in the App und new accounts are created. It is not possible to merge old and new accounts.

As workaround please proceed as follows:

  1. Confirm the message "The account not found, should it be disconnected?" with YES.
  2. If an account is disconnected it shown greyed out at the end of the list of your accounts.You keep all the transaction history but the account can not be refreshed anymore.  
  3. Then please update the configuration in the Settings:
    Einstellungen > Zugangsdaten > Zugang auswählen > Zugangsprofil aktualisieren
  4. You will see the 'new' account in the list of your accounts now.
