Please follow the steps below, to reset the ‘Secure Sync’:
Start Outbank on the device with the most up-to-date data*, and reset the Secure Sync under ‘Settings’ > ‘Secure Sync’ > 'Reset Secure Sync' > Confirm that you want to delete all cloud data.
This disconnects all linked devices and removes the encrypted sync data from the cloud. Your local data remains unchanged.Enable the Secure Sync toggle under ‘Settings’ > ‘Secure Sync’ again.
Afterwards start the app on your other devices one by one, reactivate the Secure Sync under ‘Settings’ > ‘Secure Sync’ and overwrite the local data with your new sync data.
* Note: For additional protection, we recommend creating and saving a backup of the device with the most up-to-date data before resetting Secure Sync. You can do so under ‘Settings’ > ‘Backups’.
