ING: Error with 90-Day Verification on the Website

ING has implemented two-factor authentication in an unusual way: Customers are required to log in to the online banking website every 90 days to verify their identity. The Outbank app attempts to automate this process for you. However, occasional errors may occur, affecting the connection.

Workaround: To complete the verification, simply log in manually on the ING website from your browser. Afterward, you should be able to refresh your accounts without an error from Outbank.
