Outbank can automatically identify recurring contracts associated with your transactions.
The result is a complete overview of your recurring costs and contracts. This gives you clarity about your monthly spending structure and, at the same time, allows you to see which contracts can be cancelled.
How can my Contracts be automatically recognized?
iOS und Android:
Open your Financial Plan and click on the contract symbol in the upper right corner. Your transactions will be checked and new contracts will show up in the list.
All contracts that have been found are shown in the list 'New Contracts' and have to be checked and enabled by you, before they are added to your Fixed Costs. If there are new contracts in the list, you will also see a red hint in the Contracts Inbox.
Click on the contract you want to edit:

Save a new contract:
Check the contract details and add missing information if needed > click on 'Save' in the upper right corner to add this contract to your Fixed Costs. -
Replace an existing contract in your Fixed Costs:
You can also replace an existing contract in your Fixed Costs, if this contract shows up as a new one. To Do this please choose 'Replace Existing Fixed Cost' > select the contract you want to replace with the new one > add or change data if needed > click on 'Save' in the upper right corner -
Delete a new contract:
Just click on 'Dismiss Contract' to ignore the contract or delete it via swipe to the left in the contract overview. If you ignored a contract once, it will not be shown as new again. But you can add the contract any time manually to your Fixed Costs. -
macOS Open your Fixed Costs and then click on 'New Contracts'. Your transactions will be checked and new contracts will show up in the list.

How can I add new Recurring Fixed Costs to my Contracts?
You can add recurring fixed costs as follows to your contracts:

For iOS: +-Button in the Tabbar > Fixed Costs

For Android: ‘Contracts’ > ‘+ Fixed Costs’

For macOS: ‘Contracts’ > ‘Fixed Costs’ > ‘Add Fixed Costs’

First choose the category and then the recurrence

If you didn't add the transaction directly from your transaction list, you have now the option to open the transaction list an choose a recurring transaction or you can add it manually

Choose to get notified if you want to receive a reminder before an item renews or ends
You can delete contracts with a swipe to the left on the contract cell (iOS & Android)
On macOS just open the contract details > delete.
All added fixed costs are part of the monthly balance above your contracts.
How can I edit the Items in my Contracts?
To edit your contracts, please follow these steps:

iOS & Android:
Open your contracts and click on the item you want to edit.You can change name / amount / category / interval / end date. Save the changes by clicking on the ‘Save / Done’ button.

macOS:

Open your contracts and select the contract you want to edit > klick on the ‘Edit’-Button.

You can change name / amount / category / interval / end date. Save your changes by clicking on Save.
How can I deactivate the Automatic Contract Scan?
Hiding this feature completely is actually not possible.
But you can turn off the automatic contract scan, if you do not want, that your transactions are scanned for new contracts.
To Do this please ignore all new contracts (or add them to your Fix Costs). When the list of new contracts is empty, you can turn off the automatic scan.

Click on 'Turn Off Automatic Scanning' to deactivate this feature. You can activate the feature at any time again.

macOS:
Remove the checkmark from 'Automatic Scan'. You can activate the feature at any time again by clicking on 'Search for new contracts'
