To do a transfer via QR-Code on your Android device please proceed as follows:

• Click on the '+' button at the end of your account list and then on 'Send money' 
• choose the account from which you want to do the transfer
• click on 'Scan QR-Code' on scan the QR-Code from the bill with the camera. The data will be filled in automatically
• confirm the payment as usually with a TAN
