Postbank: Can I use the Postbank Bestsign Method with an additional Device?

For the BestSign Method with an additional Device there are two ways:

  1. With an additional Device  & USB Stick: This method does not work with the Outbank App.
  2. With an additional Device  & Bluetooth: This method  works with the Outbank App. Therefor just connect the Device via Bluetooth with your SealOne App.

In order to activate your new TAN procedure in Outbank, please first make sure that this has already been activated for your accounts at your bank via "HBCI +" or "FinTS PIN / TAN".

After activation, synchronize the bank access in Outbank again: 'Settings'> 'Access data'> 'Select access'> 'Update access profile'

You can then select the TAN method you want in the transaction window.
