Sparda-Bank: "The TAN procedure is not activated. Please contact your bank"

The "SpardaSecureApp" authorization procedure is currently not offered by the Sparda banks for HBCI financial software. The utilization with Outbank is therefore not possible.

To be able to use the Sparda-Bank access with Outbank, contact the bank and activate the chipTAN (Sm @ rt-TAN plus) or the mobile TAN process.

To then activate the new TAN procedure in Outbank, please update the existing bank access as follows:

'Settings'> 'Access data'> 'Select access'> 'Update access profile'
