Some of the Volks- & Raiffeisenbanken did changes on their time deposits:
these accounts had the internal 'Subnummer 1', but now they changed it to 'Subnummer 20'.
For this reason the 'old' accounts are no longer recognized and new accounts will be added for them.
Merging the 'old' and 'new' accounts is not possible right now.
Please proceed as follows in Outbank:
- Confirm the error message "The account (Produktname 'Termineinlage', Kontotyp '1') was not found. Should it be disconnected?" with YES.
If an account is disconnected, it's shown grey at the end of your list of accounts in the group 'Disconnected'.
- Update the configuration for the bank: Settings > Bank Credentials > select the Bank > Update Configuration
