The Outbank ID serves as your unique identifier within the app and is essentially your registered email address. Adding, editing and deleting your Outbank ID can be conveniently done through the Settings of the app.

In general, you can use Outbank in  without any initial registration. Only when you want to use one of the following features, we need your email address (Outbank ID) to identify you:

• Use Outbank across multiple devices with a single subscription
• Synchronise data across multiple devices with our Secure Sync feature
• Open the support team from within  the app. This not only facilitates quicker assistance but also allows us to activate special debugging features for your Outbank ID. This helps us gain insights into your app's behavior, ensuring a more personalized and effective support.
