What should I do if the Update from the Mac App Store doesn't work?

If you get an error during the update of Outbank, that the download cannot be completed, please test the following workaround:

  1. Quit Outbank
  2. Open 'Finder', go to the 'Applications' folder and move Outbank from the 'Applications'  to the 'Trash'
  3. Start the Mac App Store and install Outbank as a new app. Your data will be preserved.

If this problem occurs on a  regular basis, please contact the Mac App Store Support directly.
