  • iOS: Select account > tap the dropdown next to the account name > Details

Known issue: Delayed Balance Update after Monthly Credit Card Statement

The Outbank app retrieves the data from the Amazon Visa website. Balances there are updated with a delay compared to the Amazon Visa app. This may result in temporary differences between the balances shown in Outbank and the Amazon Visa app, especially at the beginning of the month. Once the statment credit is included in the balance on the Amazon Visa website, Outbank will automatically display the updated amount.
