You can change the order of your accounts within a group directly in your list of accounts:
'Accounts' > 'press and hold the account cell' > 'grap the account with your finger' > 'pull it to the deired position' > 'Save'

In this way you can also push the account in another group. Just make sure, that the other group is flipped opend.
