How can i exclude Accounts from the Account Refresh?

To exclude an account from the overall refresh, please follow these steps:

iOS:

Go to ‘Settings’ > ‘Refresh Accounts’ > set the interval for the account to ‘Off’
If you refresh your accounts now (pull down in the account list), the account will not be refreshed
If the switch ‘Use for Account Groups’ stays activated, the account will not be refreshed if you perform a manual refresh of the corresponding account group (swipe to the right over the account group card name > ‘Refresh’). If you deactivate the switch, your account will be refreshed if the account group is refreshed manually.

macOS:

Go to ‘Options’ > ‘Settings’ > ‘General’ > ‘Refresh Accounts’ > ‘Refresh Intervals’ > click on ‘Select Accounts’ and set the interval for the account to ‘Off’
If you refresh your accounts now (‘Options’ > ‘Refresh All’), the account will not be refreshed
If the switch ‘Use for Account Groups’ stays activated, the account will not be refreshed if you perform a manual refresh of the corresponding account group (perform a right-click on the account group card name > ‘Refresh’). If you deactivate the switch, your account will be refreshed if the account group is refreshed manually.
