How can I exclude Accounts from General Refresh?

You can exclude accounts from both the general refresh and the automatic refresh when the app starts: 'Settings' > 'Refresh Accounts' > 'Include in Overall Refresh'': Toggle off the switch next to the account.

Accounts that have been excluded from the general refresh can still be manually updated whenever you have time for the two-factor-authentication.
