How can I exclude Accounts from General Refresh?

You can exclude accounts from both the general refresh and the automatic refresh when the app starts: 'Settings' > 'Refresh Accounts' > 'Ignore during Refresh': Toggle the switch next to the account.

Accounts that have been excluded from the general refresh can still be manually updated whenever you have time for the 2FA.
