How can I filter my Transactions in Outbank?

You can filter and display your transactions based on specific criteria. To filter all transactions, start a global search and tap or click on the filter button. To filter the transactions of a specific account, select the account from the account list and press the filter button directly.

You can now filter your transactions by following criteria:

  • Time Period: Choose the time period in which the transactions should be displayed. You can select from several predefined time periods or specify the desired time period yourself. Under 'Type', you can choose whether the time period filter should apply to the booking date, value date, or query date.
  • Transaction Type: Filter by credits or debits.
  • Amount: Enter the minimum and maximum amount.
  • Categories & Tags: Specify which categories or tags should be displayed.
  • Future Transactions: Decide whether only scheduled, booked, or all transactions should be displayed.
  • Contract: Filter by transactions whether they have been assigned to a contract or not. 
  • Import: Choose whether imported, non-imported, or all transactions should be displayed.
  • Documents: Filter by transactions with or without linked documents.

Click on 'Apply' to activate the filter. If one or more filters are active, you can see this by the colored marking of the filter button.

To delete the filter, just return to the filters and go on 'Reset' > 'Apply'.
