How can I sync my Outbank Data across multiple Devices?

With our Secure Sync feature, all your financial data is synchronized in real time between your iPhone, iPad and MacBook. Encryption methods based on the Zero Knowledge principle ensure 100% synchronization security.
Access by third parties is thus excluded.

How to activate the 'Secure Sync' to use Outbank on several devices:

  1. Make sure, that the 'Secure Sync' is activated in 'Settings' of your app on the device, where you already use Outbank and that you are signed in with an Outbank ID.
    If you don't have an Outbank ID yet, simply create one in 'Settings' > 'Outbank ID' > 'New Outbank ID'
    Then switch on the Secure Sync.
  2. Open the app on the second device and select 'Outbank ID'> 'Do You already have an Outbank ID? Type in here'.
    If you open the app for the first time on the second device, you can choose to use the 'Secure Sync' right from the start.
  3. Enter the email address you used to create your Outbank ID.
  4. You will receive a verification code by e-mail. Enter it in the next step.
  5. Then enter the App password assigned on the first device to connect the devices to each other.
