How can I manually update my accounts in Outbank?

Refreshing all accounts at once:

To initiate an overall account refresh, simply pull down the account overview. This will fetch the latest balances and transactions for the accounts that have been enabled for overall refresh under 'Settings' > 'Account Update' > 'Include in Overall Account Refresh'.

Updating a specific account manually:

  • In the account list, select the desired account. Then pull down the transaction list to update the account.
  • Open the account list, swipe your finger to the right over the cell of the relevant account, and select 'Refresh' to initiate the account refresh.

Updating an account group:

Open the account list, swipe your finger to the right over the header of the desired account group, and select 'Refresh'.
