Why can't I make identical payments one after another?

The banks check if a transaction was submitted several times within a certain time frame. Due to identic data, the transaction will automatically be refused by the bank. To submit the payment a second time, it is usually sufficient to change the transfer reason or to exceed the time limit.  

In such a case, please contact your bank directly and ask them, how long you have to wait until you can make an identical payment.
