During the major system update at Deutsche Bank, a few errors occurred, which are being gradually resolved by the bank:
Error upon Account Refresh
For some customers, an incorrect BIC was generated during the update. This error was resolved by the bank on August 28, 2025. If you receive this message when refreshing your accounts, you were affected by this error.
To apply the bank-side changes, please resynchronize your bank login in the Outbank app:
'Settings' > 'Bank Credentials' > 'Select Deutsche Bank' > 'Update Configuration'
Error upon Depot Refresh
If you receive this message for a depot, it is due to a known bank-side error. The bank’s FinTS specialists are already working on resolving this issue. The corresponding update is scheduled for week 36.
Please wait for this update and then resynchronize your bank login in the Outbank app:
