If this message appears, it means your bank is indicating that your login credentials have changed – possibly your password. In many cases, the new user ID is displayed directly in the notification. Please read the message carefully and update your login credentials in the app as follows:
'Settings' > 'Credentials' > 'Select the affected bank login' > 'Credentials' > Enter new credentials
If you are unsure which changes are required, we recommend logging in directly to your bank’s online banking to get more details.
Note: This message is currently appearing particularly often for Deutsche Bank accounts. The reason is that on August 24, 2025, the bank changed the online banking login for its customers. For private customers, in many cases it is enough to simply remove the last two digits of the customer ID.
