How can I add my DKB Credentials in Outbank?

To synchronize your DKB Login with Outbank, you need the same login credentials you use to log in to the online banking website of DKB:

  • Username

  • Password

Please note: The bank requires a new two-step verification via the DKB app or chipTAN every 24 hours. The frequency of these verification requests is determined by the bank, and unfortunately, the Outbank app has no influence on this. If you find the frequency of these requests bothersome, please contact your bank directly.

To reduce the number of verification requests during overall account refresh, you can add a longer refresh interval your DKB accounts via 'Settings' > 'Refresh Accounts'.
