To synchronize your DKB Login with Outbank, you need the same login credentials you use to log in to the online banking website of DKB:

• Username
• Password

Please note: The bank requires two-step verification via the DKB app or chipTAN for every login or account refresh. The frequency of these verification requests is determined by the bank, and unfortunately, the Outbank app has no influence on this. If you find the frequency of these requests bothersome, please contact your bank directly.To reduce the number of verification requests, you can exclude your DKB accounts from the overall account refresh. This prevents them from being updated automatically when the app starts or runs in the background, meaning you will need to verify less often.

To do so, go to 'Settings' > 'Refresh Accounts' > Under 'Include in overall refresh', turn off the switch next to the accounts you want to exclude. Accounts excluded from the overall refresh can still be updated manually at any time.
