What exactly is the Outbank ID?
The Outbank ID serves as your unique identifier within the app and is essentially your registered email address.
In general, you can use Outbank in without any initial registration. Only when you want to use one of the following features, we need your email address (Outbank ID) to identify you:
Use Outbank across multiple devices with a single subscription
Synchronise data across multiple devices with our Secure Sync feature
Open the support team from within the app. This not only facilitates quicker assistance but also allows us to activate special debugging features for your Outbank ID. This helps us gain insights into your app's behavior, ensuring a more personalized and effective support.
Invite friends
Adding, editing and deleting your Outbank ID can be conveniently done through the Settings of the app.
How can I create an Outbank ID?
Here's how you can create an Outbank ID:
On iOS & Android:
'Settings' > 'Outbank ID' > 'New Outbank ID' > 'enter e-mail adress'
Repeat the E-Mail and agree to the privacy policy and the terms of use and tap on ‘Create Outbank ID’
Now you can add a profile picture and name – both is not mandatory.
You receive an E-Mail with the Verification Code > enter the verification code.
On macOS:
Click on 'Options' above the account list > 'Outbank ID'
Enter the E-Mail you want to use, repeat the E-Mail and agree to the privacy policy and the terms of use and tap on ‘Create Outbank ID’
Now you can add a profile picture and name – both is not mandatory.
You receive an E-Mail with the Verification Code > enter the verification code.
How can i change my E-Mail / Outbank ID?
To change your Outbank ID / E-Mail please proceed as follows:
Open the 'Settings' and 'click on your Outbank ID
Tap in the line of your E-Mail address
Enter your new E-Mail adress twice
You receive an E-Mail with the Verification Code > enter the verification code.
How can i delete my E-Mail / Outbank ID?
Open the 'Settings' and 'click on your Outbank ID
In the Details view you find a the button to delete your Outbank ID
